Terms of service

These terms cover web design and development work by GrowDesh ("we") for our clients ("you"). Scope, price, and dates are agreed in writing per project before work starts.

Payment

Deposit, schedule, and invoicing are stated on each written proposal — the number on the plan is the number on the invoice. Questions: info@growdesh.pro.

Ownership

On full payment the site and its content are yours. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.

Revisions

Each proposal states the included revision rounds. Work beyond agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Liability

We build to a high standard but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation — hosting outages, third-party services, and search-engine changes sit outside our control.
